Strategic Planning-Mark Smith 

Mark Smith reminded the association that all strategic initiatives, goals and objectives should be completed by March 31.  The members broke into their assigned work groups. Each DLC meeting a new topic will be discussed in an effort to share best practices and to help educate new DLC personnel  Susan Cumberland was chosen to select to choose the topic for the March meeting. The topic chosen was “How does each college extract and utilize the Student Report contained in the MSVCC enrollment tool?” Future Meetings A. The association agreed to meet Wednesday, March 31, 2004 in the SBCJC 5 th floor conference room. B. Topic of the month-Mark Smith 
