CALL TO ORDER. Mark Smith called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Mark Smith added the discussion of officer elections to the agenda.

A. The Agenda was approved.

III. The minutes from the association meeting on Wednesday, February18, 2004 were approved.

A. Margaret Britt asked that JC McInnis’ name be added to the list of attendees.

IV.

Unfinished Business

A. Strategic Planning-Each planning group presented the final draft of their component of the Strategic Plan.
