I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:01 a.m.

II.

Approval of Agenda.

Audra Leverton made the motion to accept agenda; Krista LeBrun seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of September 2011 Minutes.

Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept the minutes with the addition of the Policy and Procedure changes; Audra Leverton seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. State Office Survey. Keri sent out a survey to the group during the meeting. The results of the survey will determine whether a proposal will be made for a new position at the State Board office. Keri gathered the results and presented them to the group.
