I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:06am

Approval of Agenda.

Phyllis Johnson made the motion to accept agenda; Cynthia Williams seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of March 2012 Minutes.

Jan Dawson made the motion to accept minutes; Elizabeth Spooner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. 2014-2015 Calendar- Keri and Tish sent modified calendar with list of recommended changes. The calendar will go to Alicia in order for the Deans to vote on it in June. Some of the terms were too short and one short term overlapped. It is possible some of the dates were typos. For
