IV. Approval of September 2013 Boot Camp Minutes. Keri Cole made the motion to accept minutes; Jennifer Leimer seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business a. Flex Term Status Request (Jennifer Leimer):

i. MGCCC has interest in building Flex Terms. Audra Kimble stated that Monday, October 21 at Academic Officers Meeting, Audra found that many schools are interested. JCJC will be piloting flex terms in the Summer 2014 term. ii. Before MSVCC can agree to flex terms, there must be an approved calendar, so the MSVCC reimbursement policy would not have to be revised.
