MELA Meeting Minutes 2003 - 2017

1. Mr. Smith shared small subgroup will be formed to begin implementing strategic plan. We need to look at operational plan to begin implementation. Decide how we will implement. Strategic plan is strictly MSVCC plan in coordination with associated organizations. (It is assumed that )Subgroup will come to dlc assoc and will verify that strat plan has been carried out. May want to get a copy of SACs report to reference supporting paragraphs for each SACs suggestion. Review time frames for completion. Subcomittees were adjusted to reflect new members. Committee chairs were appointed. Committees met to begin discussing implementation process. 2. By-Laws: Mark presented draft of By-Laws. Take home bring back ideas/changes.
