d. Ms. Hemphill asked whether students who have a low number of hits in Blackboard are counted as no shows. The group consensus is no, they are not reported as no shows. e. Mr. Smith recommended that when students withdraw to block access and change the student's role in the course to a guest. Blocking their access prevents the student from accessing the course, and changing their role to guest removes their name from the gradebook. If a student is reinstated, the role can be changed back to a student and all their data is restored.
