more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos or events held during the 2019 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number, must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. If contestant with a medical exemption is drawn (during the random draw of exemptions) his “money won” from the year previous to the qualification category being considered will be used to determine whether or not he will be accepted (if he was injured for 6 months during the 2019 rodeo year, his “money won” from the 2018 rodeo year will be used in comparison to the “money won” from the 2019 rodeo year for the other contestants entered). A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2019 money won. (Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with the X-Bulls event will not be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out (or VIR) and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count toward the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go-round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. HONEST EFFORT: At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the Pro Official, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified

and suspended for the next two Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Events. The determination of the Pro Official will be final. In addition to the disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each re- occurring offense. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores - 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round (which includes both performances), pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go- round, (which includes the finals from both performances), pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. (Provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos) Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, All American standings, circuit standings. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of The Year Standings, during the 2020 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or as a circuit rodeo count.
