This has resulted in the introduction of skip-level meetings and a management shadow program, where managers spend at least two hours every month on the shop-floor to learn more about the challenges and pressures that their team might be facing. The changes and innovations we have instigated have shown early signs of success: our voluntary attrition rate has fallen by 30% in 2019.
