We have an annual process that examines wages across the organization and ensures pay equality for people with the same job roles. We have a well- established hot-line process for reporting any divergence from our zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of violence at work, including verbal and physical abuse and sexual harassment. We also employ gender equality procedures in our selection and recruitment process. Although we have more male than female employees across the organization as a whole, the male to female ratio within our executive management team the ratio is 5 to 4. Our goal is to have the same ratio of female non-production managers as female non-production employees by 2025 (40%). We also make a stand for gender equality by organizing events such as inviting the Women’s Aid Organisation in Malaysia to address our workforce about issues relating to sexual harassment.
