A healthy holistic view Our approach to well-being extends beyond the workplace. Essential health and wellness programs are run throughout the SWEP world. We have occupational health care, and audiometry tests are done in our global sites, in line with or beyond local regulations. Several general health initiatives were taken 2019, including local programs and platforms aimed at promoting sports, health awareness and outdoor activities. Across the entire company, the Basic Beliefs program continued to promote a healthy and positive work environment.

Rewarded efforts Our parent company supports and rewards workplace health and safety through the annual Dover Safety Excellence Awards. SWEP Landskrona plant were delighted to win gold this year, a reward for our “consistency in performance, demonstration of leadership support, evidence of high employee engagement through Kaizen and ergonomic improvements”. We are, of course, very proud to receive this recognition, but we will not rest on our laurels and we are keen to push our performance to an even higher level over the next 12 months.
