While working diligently to help their customers get back up and running Travis and Curtis experienced some difficulties such as parts shipments being held up by customs at the docks, finding the quantity of parts that they needed, unreliable phone communication with their customers on the island and vendors being stretched to the limit by the disaster. They were in constant communication with everyone by any means possible, staying close to their computers and phones so that they were always reachable. The work on both Puerto Rico and St. Croix is still on going to this day. Travis Dunlap and Curtis Helms with the addition of new coordinators Deanna Robichaud and Lisa Thompson, were able to help customers in the ongoing recovery efforts. In all there was approximately $500,000 dollars spent with Wagner Equipment Co. National Accounts. As a result of the National Accounts disaster response, the Government agency on Puerto Rico has formally awarded new generator maintenance contracts for units in Puerto Rico, Centurylink has awarded the maintenance contract for all units in St Croix and National Accounts now covers a total of 5 sites on the island. Additionally, Wagner Power Systems has been offered the opportunity to bid on new generators for Centurylink in St Croix as well as AT&T in Puerto Rico. National Accounts – 2017 Hurricane Irma and Maria Relief Efforts!!
