Food Allergen Regulatory Requirements Allergen Regulatory Requirements Are Either Directed To The Presence Of The Commodity (Priority Allergen) Or A Marker For The Allergen More Recent Regulatory Requirements Are Targeting The Protein Portion Of The Allergen (US, Canada, Japan Requirements; Also Being Considered In Australia/NZ).
