The fire retardant MDF, which was used for the production of Bubble cloakroom body and fits to both small and large doors, is a non-load bearing plate that is characterized by increased flame retardancy. MDF (manufactured in accordance with EN 622-5) is designated as general purpose drywall. They are increasingly used in public buildings, where strict fire resistance regulations apply. Plates meet strict fire resistance requirements, including non-proliferation of fire and do not cause the formation of flammable particles. According to EN 13501-1, the boards are classified as B-s2 in terms of reaction to fire.
