Henderson Auctions proposes the following real estate straight commission plan:

Real Estate Auction Proposal: Henderson Auctions will conduct an auction sale of the property at (3019 Hwy 48E Magnolia, MS) within 45-80 days for a commission rate of six percent (6%), upon seller confirmation. Estate/Equipment Auction Proposal: Henderson Auctions will conduct an auction sale of the estate assets located at 3019 Hwy 48E Magnolia, MS within 45-80 days for a commission rate of fifteen percent (15%) on each item sold.

A buyer’s premium will be charged to the buyer, with no additional cost to estate holders.
