Y ou better pop into your local chemist and grab another box of anti-nausea pills, because Gravity Rush is back with a vengeance – and a tendency to make you feel queasy. Gravity Rush 2 is the sequel to the 2012 Vita game that eventually made its way to the PS4. Kat the Gravity Queen is back, running amok and playing with the laws of physics as she sees fit. gravity rush 2

While the sequel does suffer at times from an occasionally clunky and uncooperative camera, Gravity Rush 2 is still a fitting return to the universe. The combat and navigation remains inherently the same, with the story compelling enough to draw you in but not too strict in that you don't want to delve into the welcoming sidequests. Another welcome return is the beautiful soundtrack, adding to the immersion and creating what is arguably one of the best parts of the game itself. Gravity Rush 2 offers a loose social commentary that maintains its appeal without putting anyone off – and it's stunning to look at to boot. Time to delve back into that place called vertigo.
