the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.” (Hebrews 5:1-14) What is perfected is spiritually enlightened and unseen by the world, because nothing is perfected by the law; perfection, just by its nature, must occur outside of the normal order of imperfection. The truth always seems contrary to the way this world perceives it, but the world demands truth to be the way it thinks [always to its own chagrin]. “If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the law was given to the people), why was t he r e s t i l l ne ed f o r ano t he r pr i e s t t o c ome—one i n t he o rde r o f Me l ch i zedek , not in the order of Aaron? For when there is a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. He of whom these things are said belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests.
