F. Based on the supporting information, what are the cons/weaknesses of the method?

The method may not be rugged due the number of actives the method is trying to determine. Identification of the peaks may be an issue. Precision of the Red Ginseng concentrate is not optimal which was shown by wide RSD obtained for inter and intra day data. The method is an improvement from the current USP method. However, the method is too aggressive in trying to detect too many actives at shorter run time. Would recommend more studies to get a better resolution of all peaks.
