UPLC Analysis using a C18 column and UV detection of 240 nm (kavain, dihydrokavain, methysticin, dihydromethystycin) and 355 nm (yangonin, desmethoxyyangonin and flavokavains) This method is suitable for the analysis of Piper methysticum roots, extracts, phytocaps and capsules.
