50 mg of sample extracted using 25 mL acetonitrile sonicated for 30 minutes, filtered and then analyzed using HPLC method with UV detection at 239 and 350 nm.

A. Does the applicability of the method support the applicability of the SMPR? If not, please explain what is missing.

There is limited information in sample preparation. The method has not been demonstrated to be applicable to the matrices listed in table 2. of the SMPR.
