Download Document as PDFs While performing research, you can now download a document as a PDF for saving, printing or sharing with your colleagues from a document or search results list. Download as a PDF from a search results list: 1. Select one or multiple documents by checking the check box next to each document that you want to download. 2. Select Download Selection as PDF from the Email/Print Selection drop down menu. 3. Click the Go button. If using Internet Explorer, the “Do you want to open or save documents.pdf” prompt will display and you can then save or open the PDF. 4. Note you can only download a maximum of 10 documents (chapters) in one session as a PDF. You will need to close your browser and reopen to start another session and download more documents.

Download as a PDF from within a document:

1. Click on the Download icon, next to the Email icon and the “Do you want to open or save documents.pdf” prompt will display.
