Sketch the General Shape and Scope of Your Proposed Apprenticeship  Think through the details of your Battle Plan (Chapter 3).  Define precisely the purpose of this apprenticeship. State concisely why you are hosting it.  What ministry areas will be impacted by this apprenticeship? Where will it occur?  Qualifications (age, education, character). What demands do you need for candidates to meet?  When/Duration. How long do you envision the apprenticeship to last?  Time Commitment. How much time will you allot to the apprenticeship investment per week?  Remuneration. How much money/support do you intend to provide to the apprentice?  Housing. If housing is a portion of your support, where will it be, and what will it involve? Create and Circulate Your Candidate Application Form  Contact Information. Obtain all personal contact information needed for the candidate including name, address, phone, e-mail, etc.  Testimony (paragraph). Have the candidate list their personal story of their journey to Jesus, their personal walk and faith, and their ongoing life in Christ today.
