be achieved. For rods, the maximum outside diameter is 30mm. Normal tolerance is 0.05mm, and ±0.01mm tolerance can be achieved. For profiles the circumscribing diameter is 50mm. Tubes in coil form are available with a maximum outside diameter of 16mm, and maximum thickness of 2mm. telescopic profiles with close dimensions. The company is able to supply precision drawn tubes and profiles in various types of aluminium wrought alloy, including 19500, 19700, 19000, 31000, 52000, 24345, 62400, 65032, 63400 and 64430 as per IS standard; and 1050, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3103, 5052, 2014, 2219, 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063 and 6351 as per EN standard. Size ranges for aluminium precision drawn tubes are 1 to 110 mm OD, and 0.15 to 10mm thickness. ±0.09mm is the normal tolerance on OD/ID and thickness, while ±0.03mm tolerance can

Siddhi Engineers is a TUV certified, ISO 9001-2008 and ISO-14001-2004, TUV NORD certified company, engaged in the manufacture of close tolerance, precision aluminium redrawn tubes. Advantages of aluminium precision drawn tubes over extruded tubes include close dimensional tolerances, good surface finish, added mechanical/ physical properties, accurate straight- ness (1:2,000), and precise quality and eccentricity. Very small (from 1mm diameter) and very thin (from 0.2mm) sections are possible, along with special shapes with accurate dimensions, and

ADS. “Flexstorm helps a system meet the EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Storm Water Rule, which protects our nation’s water. And this programmakes it very easy to obtain the right unit to meet or exceed the requirements.” Flexstorm inlet filters are available for all casting and catch basin types for construction and post construction applications. Each filter is configured precisely to fit the designated drainage opening, and installs in seconds. The unit is made up of a rigid steel frame that supports a suspended sediment bag that filters storm water runoff through various geotextile and

A new online software program to select the proper components and design an inlet filter unit for a storm water drainage system is now available from Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc (ADS), a manufacturer of corrugated high- density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. The step-by-step Flexstorm ® product configurator, which is available free of charge at www.inletfilters.com, allows a filter to be configured based on drainage structure type and filtration needs. A resources section contains product details, engineering drawings, specifications, educational videos plus operation and maintenance plans. Because components are configurable and adjustable, units are designed to fit any drainage structure while providing maximum protection. Each Flexstorm unit effectively filters silt, solids and other pollutants and readily fits an ADS pipe system. “The new software program consists of three steps that enable the user to identify the type of drainage system, allows selection of the framing material and the appropriate filter bag. Then the program automatically configures the Flexstorm unit,” stated Tori Durliat, director of marketing for
