SPA ETIQUETTE For the optimal Glenwild Spa Experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to relax and utilize our luxurious amenities, such as steam room and whirlpool. COMMUNICATION AND HEALTH Your safety is a concern for all of us at the Spa. Please inform us of any health concerns at the time of scheduling your appointment. These include but are not limited to; high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, cancer or pregnancy. If you have any questions regarding your current physical condition and the advisability of any spa treatment, please consult your physician prior to your appointment. During your treatment let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Keep in mind that all body work is similar to exercise and may cause soreness afterwards up to a few days. RESERVATIONS In order to ensure the widest selection of services and times we encourage our members and guests to schedule their appointments in advance. Same day or walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. To schedule your appointment please call our Spa coordinators at 435-615-7299 or email at spa@glenwildgolfclub.com. CANCELLATION POLICY If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time, thus, decreasing its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your session will end on time so as to not inconvenience other members.
