Beacon Health Options contracts with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) to provide administrative services in support of Georgia’s public, integrated behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services system. The covered population includes adults and children who are eligible for feeǦforǦservice Medicaid and those who are uninsured, as well as adults with disabilities. Operating together as the Georgia Collaborative ASO, Beacon Health Options partners with longǦ time Georgia healthcare contractors Behavioral Health Link (BHL) and Delmarva Foundation. BHL provides telephonic and mobile crisis singleǦpointǦofǦentry services for the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL), as well as all other ongoing operational elements of the GCAL program. Delmarva Foundation conducts PersonǦCentered Reviews, Quality Enhancement Provider Reviews and other quality oversight and reporting services relevant to the IDD quality management system.
