Accounts Details Overview Select a Murph account on the Home page to view the account details. Here you can view every transaction pertaining to that account. Including details such as type of transaction, check images and account balances so you stay organized and on top of your finances.

Select a transaction from your accounts summary page that you would like to attach an image to. 1. You have two options when attaching an image. a. Tap the icon to attach an image to a transaction. b. Tap the icon to attach a check image to a transaction. 2. Decide whether you would like to take a photo or choose from your photo library by tapping the appropriate button. Note:  To attach a check image, your mobile device automatically opens to camera mode. Sign the back of the check, align it within the camera window and tap inside the window to take an image of the check. We do all that we can to protect your personal information and provide a secure experience. However, we rely on you to take further precautions to ensure your online safety. General Guidelines • Make sure all operating systems and antivirus software are up-to-date. • Always use secure wireless (WiFi) networks that require a password. • Never leave a computer or device unattended when logged in. • Regularly monitor recent account history for unauthorized transactions. • Always log off when finished. Login ID and Password • Create strong login IDs and passwords by using a mixture of case styles, numbers and special characters. • Do not create passwords that contain personal information. • Change passwords periodically and memorize them. • Only register personal computers and devices. • Avoid using features that save login IDs and passwords. Fraud Prevention • Do not open email attachments or click/tap on links from unsolicited sources. • Avoid giving out personal information on the phone or through email. • Shred unwanted sensitive documents including receipts, checks, deposit slips, pre-approved credit card offers and expired cards. • Act quickly. One-Time & Recurring When you need to make a one-time or recurring transfer between your personal Murph accounts, you can use the Transfers feature. These transactions go through automatically, so your money is always where you need it to be.

Picture Pay

Add a Payee

The individual that receives your payments is known as a payee. You can pay just about any company, person, loan or account using our bill pay system. Before you can begin making payments, you need to decide on what type of payee to create and how they will receive funds. • Company : Electronically pay a company such as your mobile phone provider, utility company or even your dentist. The information printed on your bill is all you need to set up a company as a payee. • Person : Send money directly to someone’s account using their routing and account numbers.

2. Detach the payment voucher from your paper bill and align it within the camera window. Be sure the account number, the biller's address and all four corners of the voucher are visible. 3. Tap the button. The information from the voucher is then connected with a payee you have set up.
