featuring Our favorite rosé, rustic red, and vibrant white!

Château de Trinquevedel Tavel Rosé 2016 Dry and fresh, balancing the bold, stony flavors of the Southern Rhône with a certain Provençal graciousness. Aromas of ripe, red berries with notes of wild herbs... this wine is the ideal representation of Tavel (the only A.O.C. entirely made up of rosé where even the best parcels contribute to the Southern Rhône cru.) 45% Grenache, 24% Cinsault, 15% Clairette, 10% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah, from vines with an average age of 32 years. Aged in enamel-lined, stainless-steel cuves for 6 to 9 months. WB # 3 0 1 9 3 3 9 3 16.99/btl 1cs, 15.99/btl 2cs

Clos La Coutale Cahors 2014 80% Malbec and 20% Merlot, creating an intense wine that juggles elegant rusticity with everyday drinkability. A.O.C. Cahors is known as the “black wine” of the Southwest of France — the deeply inky, earthy wine complements the regional fare of duck so wonderfully, but a simple steak fits the bill just fine. This hearty, rustic red is ready for immediate consumption while offering excellent structure to age. Aged for one year in foudre and 1-2 year old barrels from Bordeaux grand cru. Château Ducasse Bordeaux Blanc 2016 A high proportion of Sémillon (60%) is blended with Sauvignon Blanc (35%) and a splash of Muscadelle (5%). Fruit is sourced from 45+ year old vines in clay & limestone soil on fissured rock. The wine is pale in color, streaked with vibrant minerals. The rich, full, aromatic mid-palate with juicy roundness complements the clean finish. It’s a perfect go-to white that pairs well with anything from fish to poultry, picnic fare to Indian curries. Vinification and aging in done in stainless steel for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered. WB # 3 0 1 9 3 6 7 5 15.99/btl 1cs, 13.99/btl 2cs
