Trade Shows National Restaurant Show, May 19-22, 2018, Chicago, IL

The CMAB will host a booth at the National Restaurant Show. The 20’x 40’ sampling booth will include representatives from California processors and CMAB staff promoting California dairy for foodservice customers in both single and multi-unit operators as well as small distributors. CMAB will be joined in the booth this year by Angelo & Franco, Cacique, California Dairies Inc., Di Stefano, Fiscalini, Kendall Farms, Point Reyes, Savencia, Sweet Chills, and Villa Dolce. International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA), June 10-12, 2018, New Orleans, LA The annual IDDBA exposition will be held in New Orleans, LA. The CMAB will host a street of booths devoted to sampling cheese and other dairy items by processors that use 100 percent California milk. The CMAB staff will focus on the quality of products made from Real California dairy in processor booths as well as a CMAB California Dairy Kitchen area. There will also be a special hosted area for our buyers and representatives to meet with processors. The California Street of Dairy section of IDDBA will include booths by Angelo & Franco, Belfiore, Bellwether Farms, Cacique, Di Stefano, Fiscalini, Fit Pro, Karoun, Pacific Cheese, Point Reyes, Rizo Lopez, Rumiano, Santini Foods, Scott Brothers, Sierra Nevada Cheese, Slingshot Foods, Sonoma Creamery, Super Store Industries, Sweetaly and Sweet Chills. Summer Fancy Food Show, June 30-July 2, 2018, New York, NY The CMAB will host a small sampling booth showcasing a variety of dairy products that carry the Real California seals to specialty retail and foodservice buyers on the East Coast. CMAB will be joined by Bellwether, Di Stefano, Fiscalini, and Sweet Chills. Texas Restaurant Show, July 15-16, 2018, San Antonio, TX The CMAB will host a booth at the Texas Restaurant Show. The 20’x 30’ booth continues our focus on Hispanic and other CA dairy products.

CMAB will be joined in the booth by Angelo & Franco, Cacique, California Dairies, Di Stefano, Rizo Lopez, Saputo, Scott Brothers and Sweet Chills.
