Bob Pepper Secretary of Student Issues M idway through the yeu, Bob Pepper re– placed Doug West 88 the Secretary of Student Issues. In addition to sitting on Senate, Bob served 88 the Chair of the Student Is– sues Board, which met weekly. He was responsible for making sure that student concerns were recog– nized and addressed. David Minck, the Secretary of Finance was an inte– gral part of every area of AS. Aside from eerving 88 the Chair of the Finance Committee, David's main responsibility was allocating AS funds to various committees. He was also required to maintain the budget of the Associated Students. David was a sort of superhero to many AS Directon. He became re– nowned for coming through with last minute petty– cash requests, late check requests and clearing up any misundentandings between the AS and the Uni– venity's accounting office.
