Mini-Circuits’ Low Current MMIC Amplifier Covers DC to 20GHz with Flat Gain Mini-Circuits’ EHC-24L+ is a low- current, wideband gain block with an operating frequency range from DC to 20GHz. This model draws just 19.1mA of DC current and provides 13dB typical gain with ±1.1dB flatness up to 10GHz and ±2.7dB flatness up to 20GHz. Mini-Circuits’ Suspended Substrate Band Pass Filter Passes 7825 to 8125GHz Mini-Circuits’ ZBSS-7975+ is a coaxial band pass filter with a passband from 7825 to 8125MHz. Fabricated with suspended-substrate-stripline circuit technology, this model has typical passband insertion loss of 2.5dB and 50dB stopband rejection from DC to 6900MHz and from 9350 to 15000MHz. The filter is suitable for rejection of unwanted harmonic signal content in a transmitter and receiver applications including SatCom, mobile communications and more. The filter handles input power levels up to 3W and is designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +85ºC.
