PRACTISING CERTIFICATES 1959-60 IMPORTANT THE latest date for taking out practising certificates in time was Thursday February 5th. Attention is drawn to the provisions of part V of the Solicitors' Act, 1954 with regard to the issue of practising certificates and sections 54 to 57 with regard to the qualifications for acting as a solicitor and the con sequences of practising without a certificate. The form of declaration to be made in order to obtain a practising certificate may be obtained by Dublin solicitors, or by country solicitors through their Dublin agents, on application to the Society'ss office.
