I certify that, to my knowledge, the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the applicable set of accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets and liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and all the other companies included in the scope of consolidation, and that the elements of the Management Report included in this document, as detailed in the table of

concordance in section 8.8., present a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and all the other companies included in the scope of consolidation, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face. I have obtained a letter of completion of audit from the Statutory Auditors in which they state that they have verified the information relating to the financial position and the financial statements set out in this present document and have read the Registration Document in its entirety.”
