• Will call allowance = 3% • Special handling charges apply for unique labeling (tags), stretch wrapping and foam packing. • Truckload and drop charge criteria is calculated per ship to location. • Additional fees will be assessed for: – Detention fee of $50/hour for freight not unloaded within two hours of scheduled appointment.

– California orders with cross dock requirements at $25 per order. – Driver-assisted, job site and residential deliveries at $50 per order. – Deliveries requiring the use of pallet jacks at $40 per order. – LTL deliveries requiring the use of lift gates at $100 per order. Lift gates are not available for truckload orders. • Mansfield reserves the right to invoice customers for special handling charges and freight services incurred based on market conditions. • *Drop charge is subject to change based on market conditions.
