MELISSA ANN (BURKE) SARAGOSA (B.A., J.D. ’93) served five years of active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a judge advocate general after law school. In 2000, she began working as a deputy district attorney in Las Vegas. She and her hus- band, Mark, were married in Novem- ber 2000, and they have three children: Cole, 5; Shayne, 3; and Riley, 2. In December 2006, she was appointed by the Clark County Commissioner as a justice of the peace and has been on the bench since January 2007.
