ECLECTIC ELEGANCE Modern dance fans are in for a treat as Kyoto Prize laureate Pina Bausch gives the Arts and Philosophy presentation for the Kyoto Laureate Symposium at USD on March 14. The German choreogra- pher will bring along two of the dancers from her own troupe for a rare demonstration. “Nobody sees how she works with her dancers,” says Ellen Cook, USD’s Kyoto Laureate Symposium liaison. “This is going to be one of a kind.” Learn more at www.kyotoprize.org.
