"Pup" backfield coach in football and also head track coach at the Academy. A 1949 graduate of the University of Texas, he won all-Southwest Conference honors as a halfback, playing in is

the Cotton, Sugar and Orange Bowl games in three successive years. Lt. Gillory, 28, served rn Germany as an F-86 jet fighter pilot. A native of Marshall, Tex., he is married to the former Joann Killion of that city.
