The following items are for developing the Mother’s Touch Hospice marketing plan. If additional elements are identified/ requested following the submission of this proposal, individual estimates will be provided in addition to this original plan of operations.

Phase I: ID Development / Strategic Planning Overview

Mother’s Touch plans to seek dialogue with a third-party marketing company in order to sub-contract the critical marketing strategy of the company. During the strategic research and planning phase, that company would do a competitive research analysis to discover what types of competition exist in and around the area. By discovering who they are and how they are reaching their market share, we plan to be able to build a strong brand presence to help capture part of that market share. Based on this research, the agency contractor would develop an identity for the organization plan that would allow Mother’s Touch to stand out among its competitors. The agency would also help solidify the brand voice that Mother’s Touch wants to establish. The Mother’s Touch Hospice identity will be developed cohesively with its marketing collateral and other marketing channels. With this initial round of information that company would develop multiple internal drafts of a strategy and branding blueprint document or brand guide. There would be additional questions asked of Mother’s Hospice leadership during this process to further build the plan. External research will also be conducted in order to ensure the content is both relevant and grounded in proven principles. Once a final draft has been forged, the strategy would be presented to leadership, and revised as necessary. In addition to the above, various social media accounts would be created and administered by Mother’s Touch staff. This would include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google+.
