Phase II: Develop Collateral When we speak to a potential referral source, we want to project confidence not only in our past experience and ability, but also in the vision we are proud to present. The third-party marketing firm would prepare a stunning, comprehensive overview piece tailored specifically to Mother’s Touch potential referral sources. Additionally, they would design presentation collateral to help reinforce the mission of Mother’s Touch Hospice as we give our presentations. Potential Referral Sources Overview Piece: The potential referral source overview piece should be an extremely comprehensive document specifically designed to capture attention and answer questions about Mother’s Touch Hospice and the management team. During this phase, the firm would gather, in extreme detail, all of the information believed the potential referral sources will want to know. In one concise presentation, they will cover every piece of vital information ranging from our mission, strategy, vision, and services to future growth opportunities, marketing plans, and budgets. They would break down numbers into easy-to-read visual pieces geared towards an audience of potential referral sources that could contribute to the future success of Mother’s Touch. • The plan would be something like a 36 page, spiral bound document for easy reading and studying • An infographic timeline of budgets, operations, and projected cash flows should be included to help visually explain the numbers for quick and easy comprehension • Pages for notes would be placed strategically in key areas throughout the document so potential referral sources can quickly jot down questions as the presentation progresses. There would also be built in natural pause points during the presentation to allow for questions to be answered at the appropriate times thereby creating a natural flow. Presentation Collateral/Conference Presentation Setup: Referral resources to be on-boarded with collateral tools. Along with the potential referral sources overview piece, the marketing firm could develop takeaway collateral branded with the Mother’s Touch logo. Not only will Mother’s Touch be equipped with presentation tools, but would also be providing an item for potential referral sources to take with them, thereby reinforcing the Mother’s Touch brand in their mind beyond the presentation.
