ROBERT CITADELLE JARDIN D'ÉTÉ GIN Citadelle Jardin d'Été is a refreshing, aromatic gin inspired by a garden in full bloom. Produced at Château de Bonbonnet in the Cognac region of France, this gin is distilled in small copper pot stills using a signature infusion method that incorporates a blend of 22 botanicals. Its unique flavor is enhanced by the addition of lemon peel, yuzu zest, melon, and whole orange, offering a bright, fruit-forward expression of the classic Citadelle gin. $31.98 $37.99 ANDY JEFFERSON’S RESERVE VERY OLD BOURBON On the palate, it’s honeyed and sweet with an initial wave of brown sugar and baking spice. The heat is nicely dialed in, providing the coveted “Kentucky hug.” Things soften and evolve on the mid-palate with savory pastry and stone fruit notes, peach cobbler almost, and creamy vanilla custard. The generous finish is all chewy caramels and vanilla bean with just a bit of barrel char. It’s a great bourbon, drinking maybe even better than I remember, and at a fantastic price point. $54.98 $61.99
COLIN TALISKER “STORM” SINGLE MALT SCOTCH Distilled by the sea on the shores of the Isle of Skye in Scotland, centuries of local distilling tradition and the rugged environment are what makes this malt so exquisite. Intense and powerful, the flavor comes from the peat burned during the malting process and the rich vanilla imbued by the aging process. $59.98 $68.99 ROBERTO PLANTERAY ORIGINAL DARK RUM (1 LITER) Planteray Original Dark Double Aged Rum is a masterfully crafted blend of column and pot still rums from Barbados and Jamaica, delivering a rich, intense, and smooth flavor profile. This rum combines the tropical fruitiness of Barbados with the distinctive "funky" huge notes of Jamaican pot still rum. Aged and meticulously blended, Planteray Original Dark is the perfect companion for cocktails, offering versatility and profound character. $23.98 $28.99 AUTUMN DON JULIO BLANCO TEQUILA Clean agave notes, with hints of tropical fruit (papaya, guava and pineapple) and apricot. There’s a slightly medicinal top note, probably related to the fresh agave. It enters round and sweet with a slight burn, typical of a highland tequila (heavy on the fruit notes). On the midpalate, grassy vegetal notes expand with a light-to-medium body. Toward the back of the mouth, you’ll find white pepper, stone fruit and menthol. $44.98 $54.99
