Dr. Todd Hernandez, NSCC President Our mission at Northwest State Community College is to serve by providing access to excellent and affordable education, training and services that will improve the lives of individuals and strengthen communities. We are resolute in upholding our mission, vision and values to make northwest Ohio the best place to live, work and prosper. Every day, I see our learners developing their skills at Northwest State through our great hands-on education and training. I’m so proud of their achievements, and I marvel at how they keep reaching greater heights. It is a privilege to work at a place where we can provide this valuable service to our community -- the gift of a great education, and the many opportunities it can provide.

Peter Beck, CEO of Automatic Feed Speaking as both a NSCC Foundation representative and a community business leader, I see first-hand the power of an NSCC education on a regular basis. I believe lives are transformed for the better, greater heights can be achieved, businesses benefit from the skilled workforce, and communities are strengthened. All as a result of an NSCC education. I also have the honor of representing the NSCC Foundation, working with individuals, businesses and organizations to raise the needed dollars to invest in our future -- our students. Raising funds during a pandemic isn’t easy, but our board continues to be community-focused and fiscally sound in its approach. Our students are our future, and investing in NSCC scholarships is one of the smartest investments we can make.
