Jiangsu Huacheng Industry Group produces around 10,000 tonnes of steel tubes per S S year

This year, two new heat-treatment furnaces began production. One of the furnaces, produced by LOI Germany, is atmosphere-controlled and heated by natural gas. All the heat-treatment process are controlled and recorded by computer. The furnace was designed to produce high quality carbon/alloy seamless steel tubes, in particular for medium/high alloy tubes using materials T2, T5, T11, T12, T22, T91, and T92.

The company is certified by ISO, DNV (PED 97/23/EC), BV, CCS and API, and will soon be certified by GL, LR, and ABS.
