Mini-Circuits’ and Virginia Diodes’ Waveguide Bandpass Filter Passes 57.2 to 65.9GHz Mini-Circuits and Virginia Diodes have teamed together to offer a new series of high-performance, high-fidelity waveguide bandpass filters formillimeter wave applications. WVBP-series filters are available in various passbands spanning 27 to 86GHz, and are offered with standard WR waveguide interfaces. Build with precise machine tolerances and outstanding quality plating, WVBP- series filters provide low insertion loss in the passband, outstanding return loss, and high stopband rejection with fast roll-off. Model WVBP-613-WR15+ has a passband of 57.2 to 65.9GHz. It provides passband insertion loss of 0.4dB, 25dB typical return loss, lower stopband rejection of 94dB and upper stopband rejection of 31dB. This model features a WR15 wave guide interface and measures 2.0 inches in length. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ office@mcdi-ltd.com

Mini-Circuits’ Wideband,

Flat-Gain

MMIC

Amplifier

Covers 0.01 to 9GHz Mini-Circuits’ GVA-93+ is a wideband, flat-gain-MMIC amplifier supporting a wide range of applications from 0.01 to 9GHz. Fabricated using InGaP HBT technology, this model provides 16.9dB gain with ±0.7dB flatness from 0.05 to 8GHz, eliminating the need for gain flattening components in wideband systems. It achieves outstanding return loss (20dB typ. at 2GHz) without any external matching required, +16 dBm P1dB, and +25dBmOIP3. The amplifier operates on a single +5V supply and comes housed in a tiny SOT-89 package with excellent ESD protection (HBM class 1C; 1000V to <2000V). Mini-Circuits’ Ultra-Low Noise MMIC Transistor, 10 to 4000MHz Mini-Circuits’ SAV-331+ is a MMIC D-PHEMT transistor with an operating frequency range of 10 to 4000MHz. This model combines high gain (24.1dB) with extremely low noise figure (0.5dB), resulting in lower overall system noise. IP3 of +32.3 and P1dB of +19.6dBm make this model an ideal choice for sensitive receivers in a wide range of communications systems. Manufactured using highly repeatable D-PHEMT technology, the unit comes housed in a tiny 4-lead SOT-353 package. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ office@mcdi-ltd.com

Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Directional Coupler Extends from 1 to 26.5GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZCDC10-01263+ is an extremely wideband, DC-passing directional coupler with operating frequency range of 1 to 26.5GHz. This model provides 10dB coupling with flatness of ±0.4dB across the frequency range, and typical directivity of 16dB through 26.5GHz. It can handle signal power levels up to 20W with low mainline loss of typically 0.6dB through 18GHz and 0.9dB through 26.5GHz. The input,
