 It is very important to keep a record of your passwords . These should be kept in a place that is safe and can be accessed easily. (For router, tape it to the bottom of the router so even your guests will have easy access.)  Once your TV’s are set up it is important to make note of the correct input. Occasionally when you turn the TV on or off the Input button is accidently pushed. This will give you a snowy picture and you will not be able to watch TV. If you have the correct input recorded you will be able to correct the issue immediately. (Tape this to the back of each TV so that you can find it easily)  When turning your TV on/off it is important to hold the remote aimed at the TV for a few seconds. The reason for this is that when you push the watch TV button it has to turn on both the TV and the STB (Set top box/receiver). If you hold the remote aimed at TV you can avoid having to push the ok button.  Remote issues- Please remember that your remotes are not interchangeable. The remote needs to stay with the correct TV. If your remote is not working there are few easy things to check.

-Push a button on the remote and make sure that the light that lights up is the small button near top that is labeled STB
