East Central Jr. College Warriors, coached by Her– man Robimon, cloled out the year on Felruary 16 when they were defeated in Division Tournament~ by the l'lllllber one team in tbe South, Gulf Coast Jr. College, 5U7. Aubry Cox of carthage scored 26 pointl Mike Shirley ci Morton scored 13, George Gray of Lake scored 5, Michael Harvey of Edinburg scored 4, Michael Graves of Decatur, GA scored 4 pointa. The Warriorettes, coached by Lucille Wood closed out this season of play when they were defeated m Division Tournament on February 17. The Warri':!,rettes were ranked fifth in the South Division and were defeated by the fourth ranked team, Hinds Jr. College, 52-59.
