Suddath ® now provides warehouse management, move management, lab/office/equipment moves throughout the campus. The average order for service is 3,500 per year, inclusive of 25,000 pieces of equipment. Additionally, Suddath performs about 1,200 requests for moving services each year. The average time from service order to completion is 7.1 days, which is significantly faster than the previous two weeks it took. Project Profile: Global Automobile Manufacturer
Location New Jersey & Georgia
Key Services • Interstate office moving • Technology relocation • High-value art relocation • Vacated space services • Surplus asset decommissioning
No matter how limited the timeframe or big the challenge, Suddath ® and CBRE will deliver innovative solutions that matter
The Facts 230 employees relocated
365 desktop computers relocated 4 phase project
The Challenge A global luxury automobile manufacturer needed to relocate their North American headquarters from New Jersey to Georgia. They were vacating three floors of office space at origin and moving into five floors at their destination. One of their non-negotiables was to find a vendor who could provide a GPS tracking system solution that integrated with the vendor, client and the drivers and their trucks. In addition, the client needed the entire three floors of office and employee contents to be relocated in 24 hours to avoid any business disruption. Project Goal: To vacate three floors and track the contents of the interstate relocation by an integrated GPS tracking system The Solution Suddath and CBRE were selected due to our ability to offer 24-hour GPS tracking that integrated with their systems so there would be complete visibility and transparency of the relocation. The complex relocation was broken down into four phases which allowed the client to continue business operations as long as possible before they had to vacate their offices. Additionally, we were the vendor of choice due to the size of our national footprint: our New Jersey office handled all aspects of the relocation and vacated space services at origin, and our Atlanta office managed all move-in and installation services at the destination in Atlanta. This unique ability to not involve another relocation provider allowed Suddath to execute this challenging 24-hour interstate relocation without issue and give the client confidence that the chain of custody would not be compromised.

Project Profile: Specialty Branded Footwear Retailer
Location United States
Key Services • Coordination with display manufacturer • Transportation and delivery to retail locations • Coordination with construction contractors
The Facts 200 retail locations
100 truckloads 4 week project
200 display fixtures
The Challenge A specialty branded footwear retailer decided as a business to expand their product offering by selling children’s shoes at 200 of their 500 brick-and-mortar retail locations. The current 3,000 square-foot footprint of the existing stores created some limitations on their ability to add new display fixtures. The company needed to do minor construction and remodel existing retail locations. They needed a logistics provider who could coordinate with the display manufacturer and on-site construction teams and deliver the fixtures at a specific time after hours, when the stores were closed. The Solution Suddath ® was selected because of our locations throughout the United States and we could facilitate the delivery of the new children’s footwear fixtures/displays in a timely manner. Suddath picked up the new fixtures/displays from the supplier in Virginia and delivered them to 200 stores nationwide. We were able to condense different store requirements into one truckload and transport and deliver fixtures/displays needed for two stores. This helped to significantly control our client’s costs. The client provided the construction schedule for each retail location; Suddath planned accordingly to deliver the fixtures the night before the remodels were complete, so the fixtures wouldn’t sit in the store during construction. This decreased the likelihood that the fixtures would be damaged or dusty prior to the retail location opening for business the next day.
Client Testimonial I knew of Suddath and some of their past work with other retailers in our industry. One of the reasons we ultimately selected Suddath as a partner was due to the fact that they have stores throughout the country. They also put a plan in place to strategically condense the fixtures needed for two stores into one truckload. This streamlined the process and ultimately saved us a lot of money.

Key Services • Specialized transportation and delivery • Event setup and tear down • Event coordination and dealer education • Post-event details and analytics
The Facts 6 dedicated trucks 30-40 consumer events per year
8 dedicated drivers 240 demo events per year
The Challenge The world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer presented a unique challenge: they were looking for a specialized transportation service provider who could plan, manage and execute a solution for their event and demo marketing all under one roof. Their needs included handling all transportation for consumer events, special event demos at the various dealerships, and the worldwide annual dealer meeting. The true challenge came in the number of events and the short time frame of completion. There were 240 demo events and 30-40 consumer events which were scheduled in an eight-week timeframe. To add to the complexity, their dealer network spans internationally and includes 700-800 dealers. Project Goal: Develop a complete end-to-end solution under one roof to minimize the need for client involvement operationally. The Solution Suddath ® built a dedicated team and truck fleet to plan and manage the demo events for the dealers including: display setup, registration, motorcycle handling, rider orientation, dealer education and route selection. We also handled all of the communications, schedul- ing, documentation, insurance requirements, and provided post-event analytics to the client. Additionally, all consumer event transportation and trade show management, including their international motorcycle shows, was managed by our dedicated team. In addition to the demos and consumer and trade show events, we also handled the transportation of all bikes to two of the biggest industry events: Bike Week in Daytona Beach and Sturgis in South Dakota in which we provided two wrapped demo trucks for showcasing their new electric motorcycle prototype. Suddath was able to manage the client’s entire special events program so they can focus on what they do best – building some of the best motorcycles in the world.
Client Testimonial From registration to the final analytics, we didn’t have to get involved operationally. We were able to focus on what we do best – building some of the best bikes in the world. Suddath managed and executed the entire process, which ultimately provided the ideal platform for us to showcase our products all around the world.

Project Profile: McDonald’s ®
Location Florida, Georgia & New York City
Key Services • Vendor management • Real-time inbound tracking, outbound tracking and inventory management • KPI reporting to customer • Picking and kitting specific solutions
The Facts 500 stores in FL
300 stores in NY 2 dedicated NY warehouses
The Challenge McDonald’s, a global fast food chain with over 36,000 restaurants in over 100 countries, was looking for a single-service provider to effectively manage all self-serve kiosk, POS system, kitchen equipment and construction equipment vendors. In addition to vendor management, they needed real-time trackable inbound and outbound transportation and warehousing capable of picking and kitting specific solutions to deliver to stores based on a tight construction schedule. The results had to be a flexible, variable-based solution that is repeatable and scalable across the country. Project Goal: Consolidate a historically independent vendor system with multiple points of contact, into one uniform system with a single point of contact. Implement real-time trackable inbound and outbound transportation, storage and consolidation, and final delivery based on a strict construction schedule. The Solution Rather than managing separate contractors for each vendor, Suddath ® was able to leverage our size, multiple warehouse locations and expertise to manage all of the client’s vendors, effectively becoming a single-source point of contact. We provided inbound transportation from each vendor into a local market warehouse equipped to put together unique product kits for each solution. After assembling product kits, we provided real-time trackable outbound delivery to stores based on a strict construction schedule. Suddath was their single point of contact capable of managing all aspects of their vendor management, transportation, and warehousing needs. This approach streamlined the process and reduced hidden costs to the client.
10 dedicated FL warehouses
Client Testimonial “Prior to going to a consolidation center strategy, we had several inefficiencies in moving materials to our restaurant job sites. Suddath has helped us to not only consolidate shipments, but to also manage and store the material until we need it. Their expertise has helped reduce our freight costs, increase our schedule flexibility and improve the relationship with our owner-operator community.”
