EPIC FAIL:

In Rust We Trust!

Well here we go once again, harping on the idea that maybe, just maybe, your system is free from all rust and corrosion. We can all dream about a perfect world, but unless it was just put into service in the last month, guess what? You have corrosion and rust! It happens over time, some places faster than others but given time it will happen. Stay on top of it and make sure your isolation valves don’t look like this and if you must close it in an emergency, that it will close. The isolation valves are put there for a reason (in most cases) to isolate in the case of maintenance or even an emergency.
