CBA/Montreal Bar Association CLE Program on NAFTA–June 14 & 15 The Association is co-sponsoring with the Montreal Bar Association a Continuing Legal Education Program to discuss a variety of legal topics and issues involving NAFTA. Discussion topics for the June 14 and June 15 joint program will include: Updating NAFTA, environmental issues and NAFTA, maintenance of ADR within the NAFTA framework, access to U.S./ Canada markets, and more. The joint CBA/Montreal Bar Association Program will be held at the Association and will be webcast. We are expecting a delegation of approximately 20 lawyers from the Mon- treal Bar Association to attend the pro- gram. The Montreal Bar Association will host the CBA’s leadership and members for a CLE program in Montreal in early September.
