Access Property Manager Receives CPM Flemington, NJ — Access Property Management (APM) announced that Alex Scheffer has earned the Certified Property Manager ® (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The CPM designation signifies that the recipient exemplifies the highest level of expertise and integrity.
