The purpose of the paper is to suggest possible variants that will streamline the manufacturing process in order to improve performance. The final solution is to choose the most suitable variant, which will reduce the manufacturing time of the relay and thus meet the desired work goal. 2.2 Variants of manufacturing process solution The following chapter describes the calculation of suggested variants of the manufacturing process and their combinations for the purpose to find the efficient production. 2.2.1 Solution proposal A The proposal A involves sorting of contacts at the beginning of the process and subsequent removal of the alignment, in case of failure, return to additional adjustment. The TT of the “220” type of relays is shown in Table 2.
