of offenses, with a view to allowing administrative sanctions to be imposed on owners who fail to carry out maintenance on autonomous vehicles within the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer. On the other hand, the State must regulate the forms of production of autonomous vehicles, requiring manufacturers to observe the minimum parameters of safety and quality, under penalty of administrative sanctions. Without this state intervention, it will be easier for some adventurous companies to launch autonomous vehicles on the market that will only be identified as dangerous after taking the lives of some people in traffic accidents. 6. Conclusion The text did not dare to draw, in details, the future resulting from vehicular automation, but only coveted to be a seed for discussions of something that promises to be reality. In this sense, we only hope to have contributed to the creation of a frame of reference that can, from now on, offer the bases to start discussing some of the issues that we consider most relevant, and which will be raised by the existence of autonomous vehicles. The future popularization of these vehicles carries with it several virtues for society, but, at the same time, it does not cease to awaken technical and legal concerns that we seek to address in this study, and which we believe is the role of their Parliament to be aware of when the time comes. it will be necessary to legislate on them.
